1. All the materials used in our repairs are designed specifically for vehicle refinishing and as such are extremely durable. We are therefor able to offer a two year no quibble guarantee on both interior and exterior repairs.
If there is a problem with any of our repairs we will endeavour to rectify the situation to the customers complete satisfaction.
2. If in the unlikely event that after inspection of the repair, the customer is unhappy with any aspect of the workmanship, they will not be invoiced. We always actively encourage our customers to closely inspect the finished repair. We will never ask for payment or part payment until the customer is completely satisfied with our work.
